ApMar has the ability to meet many OEM exterior automotive specifications with our 3 step nickel plating process.  We continually monitor the step as well as the microporous pore count.  These tests are critical in providing our customers with high corrosion protection consistently.

  Satin Nickel Chrome finish presents a more subtle shine than polished chrome by introducing controlled particles to the nickel bath. Providing an attractive appearance and beautiful versatility, this immaculate finish enhances any metal.  Satin Nickel Chrome is widely used in the automotive industry

ApMar specializes in rack electroless nickel plating. This process is ideal for parts with external threads needing special handling. Plating per Mil-C-20674 and AMS2404.

  Tin plating has many strengths making it a desirable choice due to its corrosion protection, solderability, cost and protection.  ApMar has years of experience in plating bus bars up to 70" in length and has the ability to produce a dull or bright tin finish.

  ApMar specializes in rack Zinc plating. This is a durable and cost effective finish to protect the substrate from the elements.  We combine this with a Clear Trivalent Chromate which produces a uniformly blue to white finish
